Testimonial -
This course improved my mobility to the extent that I can now spend an hour or more in the surf without lower back or shoulder pain. I'm able to paddle, look over my shoulder and perform stand-ups completely naturally with no straining. Before, my muscles were stiff, sore, and I struggled to stand on the surfboard at all.
The extra range of movement has also improved my life tremendously out of the water. I can look over my shoulder when reversing the car, for example, with no pain or groaning.
If you are an ageing surfer, do yourself a favour and let Sarah teach you how to realign your surfing muscles, and get back in the water pain free.

Who?
If you're a surfer who needs some upgrading.

If you have noticed those joints getting stiffer, not giving you the range you'd like, and making it harder to surf.

If you've managed to find a surf restricting body part that needs some rehabilitation to lift function and become part of the team again.

If you're starting to limit your surfing or even can't go anymore and you're calling it 'old age' or 'getting older', you definitely need to join the classes or program.

You've got lower back pain/problems, shoulder issues, hip or knee issues/injuries/problems. This program will definitely help you.
